			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.  Planning and managing change.  Managing the daily running of the call centre.  Liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues.  Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.  Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance.  Planning and developing staff recruitment, including wording vacancy advertisements and liaising with HR staff.  Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.  Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the centre and preparing reports.  Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries.  Organising staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand.  Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes.  Forecasting and analysing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis.  Developing, implementing and reviewing core responsibilities and tasks.  Analysing performance statistics and making decisions on the basis of these statistics.  Improving performance by raising efficiency and sourcing new equipment to enable this, e.g. new dialling products.</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor Degree</li>
<li>At least 5 years experience in managing a call center</li>
<li>Possess people management skill and leadership</li>
<li>Good interpersonal and communication skill</li>
<li>Sound knowledge in call center tools and technology</li>
<li>Fluent in English</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Content Manager will be responsible developing the all aspects of the organization’s online presence. In addition to writing, editing, and proofreading site content, this person will also work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regard to new development. The Content Manager will also be responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns. The Content Manager will work closely with technical, business development and marketing members of our organization, so strong communication skills are needed. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing online marketing and outreach campaigns. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</p>
<ul>
<li>Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence, in both Thai and English </li>
<li>Coordinate web projects across departments, working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties</li>
<li>Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties</li>
<li>Copy, edit and proofread all web content</li>
<li>Oversee freelancers, including writers, copyeditors and community outreach organizers</li>
<li>Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs and events</li>
<li>Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference</li>
<li>Track and report on all site metrics</li>
<li>Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Skills</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing or a related field</li>
<li>3-5 years experience managing content and production for high traffic websites</li>
<li>Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team, good communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li>

Supervise Fixed Assets accounting activities. Provide financial support and monthly reports to the operation and management team. Check and review taxation reports and submission. Coordinate timely filing of all requisite statutory reporting including local tax filings.  Liaise with external audit team and ensure they are provided with relevant information. Gather data analyze and discuss for budget preparation. Perform country level planning, budgeting and forecasting including capital requirements. Analyze and compare the actual and budget figures. Assure effectiveness and adequate internal control – Challenge current accounting processes and initiate positive change and improvement. </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA would be an advantage</li>
<li>Solid work experience in accounting &amp; financial role with a few years in management level with international business exposure.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of taxation regulation, good working knowledge of SAP is a plus</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills</li>
<li>Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others</li>
<li>Excellent communications and supervisory skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and under pressure, willing to work hard, hands-on proactive approach</li>
<li>Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Responsible to manage, plan and develop HR strategy and HR function for the expansion and development of business. To lead, Develop and manage for HR operations – recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits program, promotion and employee health &amp; safety.  To ensure that performance appraisal process is well managed. Develop and implement training programs to support business operations and individual staff development. To establish an efficient HR management set up. To develop succession planning and talent management program and establish training and development plans which support the business needs. To evaluate, design and administer competitive compensation and benefits program.</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related fields</li>
<li>Minimum 3-5 years experience in human resource management, preferably from a retail business</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in English and Thai with computer literacy</li>
<li>Good knowledge of Labor Laws and strong employee relation and training management</li>
<li>Team leader, creative, good negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills</li>
<li>Good personality and optimistic</li>
